Could someone explain why the WebRTC softphone returns a 403 Forbidden when initializing? In Zendesk, the embed just worked with the user token, but here the getUserMedia call seems to fail before the audio session even starts. The console shows a CORS preflight success, but the actual media stream request gets rejected immediately.
