WebRTC Softphone 401 Unauthorized: Zendesk Talk Agent Mapping

I’m completely stumped as to why the WebRTC softphone throws a 401 Unauthorized error when agents log in during the Zendesk Talk migration. The OAuth tokens seem valid for the Platform API, but the media connection fails immediately.

  • Issue: Agent login succeeds, but media channel drops with 401
