Can’t get this config to load properly… The recording_uri field remains null in the manifest.json for WebRTC softphone calls exported via POST /api/v2/analytics/conversations/export. This is breaking our chain of custody for legal discovery requests in the Europe/London region.
Environment is Genesys Cloud v2024.08.0. Standard PSTN calls export audio correctly. WebRTC streams show active status in real-time but yield empty media links in the bulk export job. Any known limitations with WebRTC media storage for legal hold?
