WebRTC recording 500 error during legal discovery export

Stuck on a problem and need help troubleshooting a recurring 500 Internal Server Error when triggering bulk exports for WebRTC sessions via the Recording API.

The job fails immediately with ‘Invalid media format for digital channel’ despite the sessions being recorded successfully in the UI. This is happening on EU1, affecting our chain of custody logs for active discovery cases. Any ideas on the correct payload structure for softphone recordings?
