Looking for advice on WebSocket handshake failures during softphone load testing.
JMeter 5.6.2 from Singapore. Genesys Cloud WebRTC SDK. Handshakes fail at 250 concurrent users. Error is 403 Forbidden on wss://webphone-api.genesis.com. API throughput drops to zero.
