Anyone know why the WebRTC softphone disconnects during load testing?
- Using JMeter to simulate 200 concurrent WebSocket connections.
- Error: “ICE Candidate gathering failed” appears at 150 users.
- Genesys Cloud Web SDK version 2.18.0.
- No issues with 50 users.
- Checking API rate limits, but WebSocket limits seem different.
- Need help configuring the connection pool for scale.
