Does anyone know why WebRTC connections fail when exceeding 500 concurrent calls in Genesys Cloud 2024-1? Running JMeter 5.6.2 with the softphone SDK, the connections drop abruptly with a WebSocket error 1006. This happens even though API rate limits are not triggered.
The environment is set up for load testing performance at scale. CPU usage on the client side remains low. Is there a hidden connection limit per organization that is not documented? Need help understanding the capacity planning limits.
