WebRTC audio one-way during AP-SE-2 BYOC failover

Quick question about WebRTC audio dropping on the inbound leg during a manual failover of our 15 BYOC trunks in AP-SE-2. Outbound works fine but agents hear silence from the caller immediately after the SIP re-registration completes.

The SDP negotiation succeeds but no RTP packets arrive for the first 30 seconds. Is this a known latency issue with the new carrier credentials?
