Struggling to figure out why WebRTC softphone connections drop immediately when forcing a manual failover on our 15 BYOC trunks in AP-SE-2. The SIP registration holds, but the browser agent gets a 408 Request Timeout on the WebSocket handshake.
Context:
Using Genesys Cloud Web SDK v2.45.0. Carrier A drops, Carrier B takes over. Trunk status shows registered, but media fails.
Question:
Is there a specific timeout setting for WebRTC handshake during carrier transitions that I am missing? The logs show the ICE candidates are valid, yet the connection never establishes.
