Configured a Genesys Cloud webhook for routing.queue.sla.breach but the payload only has the event ID. Need the actual wait time or SLA percentage to trigger a Slack alert via Node.js. Checked the docs but can’t find a way to include those metrics in the webhook body. Am I missing a subscription setting or is this a known limitation?
