Trying to fire a webhook when a queue breaches its SLA target so I can get a Slack alert. The event triggers fine, but the payload mapping for the queue name keeps coming back empty in the JSON body. Here’s the current mapping config I’m using in the webhook definition. Any idea why the queue details aren’t populating?
