ok so we’re getting dropped events from our webhooks - specifically the conversation.stateChanged event. the payload’s context.data is consistently empty, which breaks our new relic custom event ingestion.
so the architect flow uses a data action to post to our endpoint. it’s a pretty basic setup, but changing the webhook topic filter to just ‘conversation.stateChanged’ → no context.data. it was working last week. anyone else seeing this? we’ve confirmed the api version hasn’t changed.
