ok so we’ve got a weird gap in our new relic dashboards. the platform api is firing webhooks for conversation events but the timestamp in the payload doesn’t match the arrival time at our ingest endpoint → data points are shifting by 4-7 seconds. it’s messing with our nrql alerts for real-time performance tracking.
tried running a few tests via POST /api/v2/integrations/webhooks/{tokenId}/events to see if it’s a payload size thing but the latency persists even with small packets. the logs show the event is generated in gc but it’s just hanging before it hits the wire.
