Is it possible to develop Web based softphone with Genesys SIP point SDK? Anyone has experience in building such app or any suggestion on web based softphone.
All is possible, if you know how. From SDK point of view, it is not important if the application is web-based or Winform for example. Important is the integration level and used language.
I was wonder how voice will be transmitted to client system using web browser. I am going to use C# language.
Voice? No. That is SIP SDK or depend on your PBX. Genesys SDK is just CTI Events for Genesys.
Think he is referring to the SIP endpoint SDK … not sure how that can be embedded within a web based application other than a downloaded applet etc.
