How would you build/develop a web based Genesys agent desktop (based on IWS) and what would be the licenses needed ? (SDKs, APIs …)

I’d start with Genesys Agent Desktop, and get the agents using it.
From there think about what I want it to do, that it currently doesn’t or what it does that I don’t want.

Customers often request a light interface (no installation on the agent PC).
