Wait Status in CC Pulse (Extension vs. ACD Pos)

We are running on a Nortel Symposium link and looking at CC Pulse extended view I’ll see under the extension the following:

Extension

[40:07:14] Monitored

[40:07:14] WaitForNextCall

[08:07:14] OnHook

ACD Position

[40:07:14] Monitored

[49:16] LoggedIn

[17:18] WaitForNextCall

Why are the WaitForNextCall fields showing different times between the ACD Position and Extension?

Because you get calls only for ACD positions, aren’t you?
