Validate that “bytecode” set to true for IRD

Hello,

We have several instances of IRD installed in our Genesys environment.

Please let me know how I can validate from CME that “bytecode” set to true.

Do I need to create a “new” option “bytecode” in IRD/CME and then set to true?

Hi,

Your assumption is correct - a new option called ‘bytecode’ with value ‘yes’ must be created within ‘default’ section of IRD application in CME.
