uui data to Genesys

Hello,

I have a question about how uui-data is delivered to CTI softphone when it was attached by non-Genesys device. For example when call is transferred from IVR to softphone and IVR attaches uui-data data directly through AES.

Hi,

TServer attaches uui data to the call as a KV pair whose key is UU_DATA. It also depends on the switch\Tserver version you are using, some old ones did not support it.
