Using out of support T-LIB SDK

Hi

I wanted to understand if anyone has any experience of running an out of support T-LIB SDK used for the Agent Softphone, what are the risks and challenges you’ve faced?

You can, ActiveX for example.
Risks are that you have no support at all, so if you run a problem will have nowhere to run.
Also, OS compatibility. I had some issues with ActiveX on Windows 7 and Windows 8 machines…lastly went for PSDK.
As any software or development kit, risks are exactly the same.

Also remember, for multimedia only PSDK and new ones have functions to support them.
