I have insatlled multimedia on my system and need to use the stat StatExpectedWaitinngTime to calculate the time a customer might have to wait , waiting in the queue. For this purpose I m using a VQ called ChatCallQueue and am finding the stat as EWT = SData[Cat[Cat[VQ,‘@’,Ss],‘.Q’],‘ExpectedWaitingTime1’]
The stat always returns 10000 s as the result . The defination for the stat ExpectedWaitingTime1 is attached herein
where SubCategory = eserviceinteractionstat.jar:OMQ Total Waiting Time and Extension = D:\GCTI\Stat Server\MM_Stat_Server\java\ext (also tried using .\java\ext)
The same stat has also been defined in the Statserver section under options as
[ExpectedWaitingTime1]

Please advise what can be the possible issue.
