Using DTMF and VOICE grammar on VG7.2 crashes call manager

Hello there…

I have an application which has bothe voice and dtmf. VG 7.2 Platform with OSR3.0.1 and TTS3.0.1. Whenever I use dtmf grammars, the call manager crashes. Voice Grammars alone are working fine.

Any ideas?
