urs is not reacting to eventrouterequest

routing point is registered with strategy firmly in place and I am baffled. It should be working. Everything went wrong once we upgraded TServer Avaya and urs to 7.2 from 6.5. Do I need to change VDN vector to issue a second route-request? ???

Hi,

you should post full Tserver log of the call (especially part just after the EventRouteRequest) and the corrisponding URS one.

Are you using the same 6.5 strategies with 7.2 URS? They should be checked, recompiled and saved with 7.2 IRD before loaded.

Criterion -

CallType = 4 and no AttributeTransferredConnId? Did you cut the log?
