Hi Genesys Gurus!
We are testing the Genesys Configuration with Siebel Call Center and are testing with a PBX Simulator. I have the Genesys TServer runnning on HPUX box. My PBX Simulator is running on the Windows NT Environment. I am unable to connect the PBX Simulator to the Windows NT Environment.
Could any one of you let me know how to do this???

Well, there are quite a few things that can go wrong. For one thing, the only PBX simulator I know is G3 switch, and from my own experience I could only use the TServer provided with the simulator to connect to it.
Having said that, the next thing you should probably check is the port number you are trying to connect to.
I am realy poking here in a dark if you could enclose a copy of the error, it would be probably helpful

I did not know that they had a G3 Simulator TServer for UNIX! I thought there was only one for NT. Am I wrong?

No, you are right. There is only NT version.

I understand you have
TServer running on HPUX, and
PBX Simulator for G3 running on Windows NT.
Both are on the LAN.
Can you ping from NT machine to HPUX using the ip address ? If yes, then can you ping using the hostnames ?
If yes, then can you check on the port numbers ?
I guess you might have already doen this, but still just to be sure.
