Upgrading T-Server 7.6 to 8.x

Hi All,

I currently have a 7.6 environment, however to support the new PBX, I need to upgrade the T-Server to 8.x.

If I upgrade T-Server 7.6 to 8.x, are there any other Genesys components that require mandatory upgrading?

As usual you would need to check the relevant documentation e.g. Migration Guide - Chapter 20 “Introduction to T-Server Migration”

It might be wise to upgrade to framework 8.1 but I suspect as straight T-Server upgrade would be fine in isolation. You might need to check your license file since I seem to remember licensing changes from 7.x to 8.x
