I have a issue whit de GVP:

Text Active Alarm “Unplanned Solution Status Change” Created
CAT Major
AC_DBID 109
AC_NAME Unplanned Solution Status Change
AC_DESCR Solution status has changed from Started to Pending without any requests to stop the Solution. This may indicate a failure of one of the Solution components.

LM_ID 10385
LM_TEXT Solution ‘GVP’ non-planned change of state from Started to Pending

I startup the service manual to clear this alarm. Any ideas the cause?

Which service?? That is the issue…a service part of the Solution went down…investigate why is that happenning
