Unable to register the DN using Workspace Desktop Edition - Error 41

Hi,

We are setting up a lab and I am able to use the extensions we configured but unable to use Genesys workspace for more than one user.

Error: The DN client is trying to apply an action to the DN that has not yet been registered by that client. - Media error (41).
