Unable to load strategy in IRD

Hi there,

after loading strategy on RP in IRD, it is not loaded (no error prompted). I found in configuration server logs:

15:16:05.318 Std 07002 Execution failure: SQL statement ‘?’, reason '[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint ‘PK__cfg_flex__1800E1CC70A8B9AE’. Cannot insert duplicate key in object ‘dbo.cfg_flex_prop’. ', error code 5

what does it mean “insert duplicate key” ?

the same error is generating in Configuration server logs while creating new person on CME.

You have a problem on your DB. Maybe you tried to do something manually on it. Open an ESR with Genesys or restore a working one
