Question for you guys,
Does anybody ever saw Cisco UCCX working with Genesys ? I know TServer does not officially support UCCX, but it supports UCCE.
If you managed to make it worked, can you quickly describe how the architecture was? Was it JTAPI with TServerUCCE? etc.
