Has anyone had any experience integrating CTI functionality with back end mainframe systems via MQ Series??
I am also interested in how TServer may interface / intergrate with Lotus Domino?

It will depend on what you mean by integration. If you are just trying to store some attached data then it should not be too hard. One of the byproducts of interaction router is customer server. It would serve as a gateway between Genesys and your application.
What exactly are you trying to do?
