has anybody ever come across the JTAPI exception REDIRECT_CALL_UNRECOGNIZED_MANAGER when TServer instructs CTI manager to route the call from an external to a (internal) route point? We have a very incosistent behaviour on different subscribers, where the config is exactly the same, however, with a specific sub the routing fails:

p.s. the ’ Extensions ‘record’ value: is invalid. Must be ‘destination’ doesn’t seem to be the issue at all, as we get is also when the call is routed successfully.
Cisco JTAPI Developer’s Guide saying it is kind of internal error. I would suggest you to discuss it with Cisco consultant/support as it will be very hard - almost impossible - to find out the reason using just T-Server logs.
