Tserver/Alcatel 4400/URS : ErrorCode 56

Hello Everybody,

I am coming to this forum beacuse I am facing a Genesys problem.
I was able to find many solution on this forum for other difficulties but i can’t find one for this case.

My environment is a lab environment :
- PBX Alcatel A4400/OXE (on which I can’t make any modifications esaily)
- T-Server 7.6
- URS 7.6

I am trying to execute strategy loaded on a RSI pilot.
I can see that strategy (called TEST) is well executed.

My problem is that TServer got an error code 56 (invalid connection id).
As I understand correctly, problem is that call seems to disappear from PBX before the end of strategy execution. Am I right ?

If yes, do you know any way to get a workaround of this behavior ?

Are 361836 and the extension associated with place 390202 in the same switch? I see some ISCC messages in your log which refers to inter-switch communication.

Yes They are all defined in the same switch.

361836 is a routing point object.
390202 is a place object linked with a 390202 extension object.

Did i miss something on these points ?

Which version of OXE you are running? If R9.0 or lower there was a restriction about the length of the ConnID and as TServer 7.6 had a change on this length older OXE had some issues sometimes, then an upgrade was mandatory…

I can access directly to OXE. I just have an access from CCSupervision. Seems that OXE is in version 06.01.90.

I install TServer version 7.2 and try to make same call.
Same error does still appear.

Is the RSI declared as switch specific type 2 on the DN?
Is your PBX on same LAN as TServer?

Yes. PBX on the same LAN than All Genesys environment (as TServer).

On the other point, RSI is configured as a routing point with switch specific type 1.
When I set this option to 2, strategy is not executed.

I read on Genesys documentation that I need to set 2 but seems not working well so I set 1.
Did you think it could be the issue to set on 1 ?

Well definitively…it MUST be 2.
Now what do you mean that the strategy is not executed? I’ll focus my attention on that mainly, it should! post logs TServer and URS logs indicating the DN registration as type 2 and a test call. Use a basic strategy first, just a simple routing

Can you please explain your strategy and maybe post it and also your agents configurations? Can you route to an agent?

was your RSI set up before creating the RP in CME ?? as it has to be done in that order for it to register the DN

I attached Strategy to my routing point with Interaction Rourting Designer.
My strategy is simple : I route to an agent.

I am not able to post my strategy and my agent configuration now.
I will post in in a few hours.

My routing point was created after the RSI in PBX.

mmm I suppose you have restarted your TServer ??

check in the annex tab of the RP to make sure the strategy has been added to it
