Training quite a few engineers and need a good G8 know-how material

Hi,

we have an avalanche of G8 upgrade projects which requires that we take on some folks at much larger scale than usually used to and our training capabilities are stretched to the max as is. Does anyone have some good guides or material to share regarding G8? I am not looking for official Genesys docs, but actually prepared by people who actually work in the field. ( I guess this eclused Cav, since he is in Chile and they use CosmoCom there ::slight_smile: )

Also, any know-how regarding G8 upgrades would be greatly appreciated!

It depends on what env you have now (what PBX or VoIP clear), what reporting you’re using (CCA or GIM), etc. I have upgraded about three large env to G8.1 for last year, but each upgrade/project was unique, but you know it certainly…
