Hi guys,
I am new to Genesys, I know CISCO, Avaya and Nortel but not Genesys. I wanted to learn Genesys Platform. I tried to google, Genesys trainings are very expensive. I don’t have hardware setup. Is there a way I can get cost effective training and online access to setup?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you will be a Genesys partner or customer, you can download Genesys components and build own lab/training env. In other way you have to contact some 3rd company which knows Genesys and provide you with some “cheaper” training, but without any certification. Standard documents (deployment,user,..)are available on site docs.genesyslab.com
