I was under the impression that using telset to toggle (alternate lines) would simply be equivalent of placing the first call on hold and initiating a second call… How would TServer differntiate between a normal call placed while the original is on hold and a toggled call?
Another interpretation of this … Do you mean that you want to put a DN call on hold whilst answering an ACD call routed to the incall key (Position ID)? This is assuming that you are not using Genesys to route the call but still using CCR. If you are using Genesys to route then the telset effectively only has one DN (as the incall key or position ID is inaccessible from Genesys).
