Hi everyone!
Many of you are aware of The Handbook as an introduction to the Genesys Platform. Some of the feedback I have received is that some areas need some technical areas expanded. I have always seen The Handbook as an introduction to Genesys for anyone - rather than any sort of “cook book”. So - I am considering creating some supplemental publications for this purpose… I’d appreciate your feedback whether any of the Solutions listed would interest you (as technicians/engineers) - and perhaps what content you would like to see in them..?
