T Server High Availability configuration on Avaya

Hi All,

We are planning to implement high availability for Genesys T server.The switch are using is Avaya.The current configuration is we have CTI link on Avaya switch and the T server is communicating with Avaya using this link.

If we want to put one more T server in high availability mode.what is the configuration required on Avaya side to take over the secondery T server in case of primary fails without any manual configuration change.

Hi

You would need to setup and new CTI Link to the AVAYA (second C-Lan Card) and program your vectors to use 2 adjunct steps.
