Symposium and Genesys

I heard from one of my colleagues that TServer is not currently working properly with Symposium link. It seems like we have a PBX problem.

In the meantime, is there anyone who is already using Symposium with genesys products? If so, is it as good as we hope?

Yes we are using it for past 5 years we didn’t have any problem

guys guys, the starter topic is really old, look at the date…not that it is real date but was from old forum…more than 2 years old…just to let you know.
