SW downloading from https://mysupport.genesyslab.com is very unstable. A lot of Genesys components has size up to 1GB and even more.
Download speed varying from 1,5-2,5MB till some 0,1MB and even sometimes download crash after downloading of few hundreds MB.
Does anybody knows any compatible download accelerator which able to resume download?
I guess that Internet links between Europe and US/Genesys ( SF ?) are quite bad. I have checked using speedtest.net.
Or some any workaround? mirror site in Europe?

I have checked download speed from newer ftp site ftp.sfpn.genesyslab.com, speed even <1MB/s.
I have a little bit more =) But for FTP you can use any of multi-thread FTP download accelerator which able to resume download =)
It depends on what you are downloading, if you download whole CD package, the file is bigger. So,it is better to download component directly or download files via FTP - it is more quick than web download and did not failed so often.
Weird OXE, usually connection from Genesys is slow but stable, not like BPWS 
Have you tried another ISP on your side?
We are not downloading whole CD. Components separately.
Yes. I have 100MBps at home but it doesn’t help. 10 or 100 - no difference. Not stable from 0,1 up to 2,5Mbps like saw.
Speedtest.net gives 10 times better results to any Europe server than to San Francisco.
Kubig, could you please calm down? You’ve already responded harshly enough more than once and when not needed.
Although this is not a issue affecting a Genesys product, it’s a kind question and somehow related to Genesys: OXE_4400 has just asked whether we are aware of any workaround.
OXE_4400, I’m afraid we experience similar issues here in Europe: downloading from the Genesys website, via FTP or else, is slow.
