Stuck on WebRTC handshake failure during Zendesk Talk migration

Stuck on a 408 Request Timeout when the softphone attempts to connect via WebRTC. The STUN servers are reachable, but the ICE candidate exchange fails immediately. Is there a specific firewall rule for Genesys media ports that differs from Zendesk’s standard 443 traffic?
