Stuck on Edge BYOC WebSocket connection limits

Stuck on Edge BYOC WebSocket connection limits. Running JMeter 5.6 in US1 against Genesys Cloud Edge. The test fails when simulating 200 concurrent users. Getting 503 Service Unavailable. The limit seems much lower than standard documentation.
