Stuck on a weird latency issue with our BYOC trunks in the Singapore region. When the primary carrier fails, the failover logic takes 4-5 seconds before routing to the secondary. SIP 408 Request Timeout appears in the logs during this window. We are using Genesys Cloud v22.3. The outbound routing is configured correctly, but the SIP registration seems stable. Has anyone seen this delay in the APAC region?
