Stuck on a bulk export job failure. environment: genesys cloud byoc eu-west-1. endpoint: post /api/v2/bulkexports/exportjobs. filter: recording_url for voice interactions. the api returns 400 bad request with ‘invalid filter’. my config is not working for legal discovery exports. why does this setting cause a failure when attempting to include recording_url in the filter for voice interactions?
