Running JMeter 5.6.2 with 500 concurrent WebSocket connections to Genesys Cloud Architect. Flow includes simple IVR menu. Seeing 408 Request Timeout errors after 30 seconds of idle time in the flow.
Question:
Is there a specific keep-alive configuration needed in JMeter or the Architect flow to prevent these timeouts during high concurrency load testing?
