Somebody can throw some ballpark numbers regarding timers on Avaya G3 ACDs.
I am looking for some normally accepted timeouts in a Genesys config. See following list:
Maximum time to wait for data in an “external route” point, before the switch routes the call by default, or remote TServer takes the call as a new one.
Maximun time to wait before a call is routed by default (as defined on the switch).
Any special considerations on Avaya world?
