I am designing a softPbx such as InIn, and I would lite
to integrate Genesys Framework (CTI) with my solution. Well,
I have detailed online documentation on NGN Next Generation
Networks, call management, and TServer API. Here the thing
is to design a infrastructure, that provides a communication
layer between my SoftPbx and Genesys CTI. At this point, I need
specific documentation and hence information. Those interesting
