SOLVED: Pulse HA Configuration

Hi All,

I’m configuring Pulse as HA in a development environment and have a query regarding the Collectors and getting Dashboard and Wallboards views to sync across the two GAX applications.

The two GAX applications aren’t configured as a HA Backup, just two applications both running as Primary/ Primary.

The Collectors are setup as Primary/ Primary and both go to the same Pulse DBServer and Pulse DAP.

Has anyone managed to get Pulse working as HA and for views to sync across two instances or GAX/ Pulse? I’ve played about with this and moved views from the Pulse DB to Configuration Server, no luck. I’ve checked the Permissions for the Objects in Genesys and both have exactly the same permissions.

Any help would be greatly appricated

If you have set up the two GAX corecctly is should work OOTB as you want it. We have it like that and independently on which GAX you use Pulse, you have the same dashboard available.

If I rememer correctly the GAX:es needs connection to each other at least.

Perfect! I’ve added the connection between the two GAX applications, done the collectors as Primary / Backup, restarted all apps and everything is sync’ing correctly!
