SIP Trunk Registration Failures During Weekly Schedule Publish

Stuck on intermittent SIP trunk registration failures coinciding with our weekly WFM schedule publication in the Chicago cluster. Agents report 408 Request Timeout when inbound calls route through the Genesys Cloud edge. The issue spikes between 09:00-10:00 CST when bulk schedule updates hit the API. Is there a known conflict between WFM publishing load and SIP signaling? Running v2023.11. Need a workaround to stabilize call flow.
