So I’m seeing a very odd bug with SIP trunk registration. In Zendesk, we just pointed to the IP, but Genesys requires proxy auth. The trunk status shows REGISTER_FAILED with a 407 Proxy Authentication Required error in the trace logs. We are using the default sip.genesys.cloud proxy settings.

We have the correct username/password, but it keeps rejecting. Is there a specific header format needed for the Authorization field?
