Can’t seem to get the config right for our SIP trunk for the Zendesk Talk to Genesys Cloud migration. The Zendesk side uses simple SIP credentials, but GC returns a 403 Forbidden on the POST /api/v2/architect/trunks endpoint. We are using Architect 2.0 and have verified the IP allowlists. The logs show Authentication failed for realm. How do we map the Zendesk agent credentials to GC user-based auth without breaking the flow? Thanks for the help.
