Need some help troubleshooting an issue with our EU-West BYOC environment. We have configured a primary SIP trunk and a secondary failover trunk to ensure high availability. During a scheduled maintenance window on the primary provider, traffic was successfully routed to the secondary trunk. However, the Performance Dashboard continues to display zero activity for the failover trunk, while the primary trunk shows stale data from before the maintenance window started.
The specific issue is that the ‘SIP Trunk Activity’ widget does not reflect the active calls on the secondary trunk. We have verified that the calls are connecting correctly and that the trunk status in the Admin console is ‘Available’. The discrepancy appears to be isolated to the dashboard visualization layer, as the historical reports generated after the event do capture the volume on the secondary trunk, albeit with a significant lag. Is there a known limitation with real-time failover metrics in the BYOC performance views? We require accurate real-time visibility to manage agent capacity during failover events.
